Some of you may have wondered what happened to me. I’ve been wondering the same thing. Well, I am here to tell you exactly what’s been going on in my life and what the prospects for the future may be.
I have moved to California.
Yes, I have given up my beloved Denver, Colorado to live in La La Land.
That doesn’t mean that the Hot Dog Detective series is over, however. I still have ties to Denver (two of my children still live there), and I still have many friends in the Denver area who will keep me up to date on what’s happening in the Queen City. So never fear, Friends of MacFarland. The Hot Dog Detective series will continue.
Unfortunately, the logistics of packing, moving, unpacking, setting up my new apartment and revamping my office have robbed me of several months of writing. But I promise you, there is a new MacFarland mystery just around the corner (The Lazy Lawyer), as well as a new combo pack.
And I am beginning the first chapters of The Morose Mistress. I hope to have that story ready by Christmas.
