House-sitting

Guess what? I get a month off! Well, not really. I’m house-sitting my son’s house while he’s galivanting on some other continent, giving talks on nuclear physics or some such topic I barely understand. But I’m not complaining. It’s an air conditioned house, I have access to his record collection, and my dog has a yard to play in.

But while I’m here, I’m going to be doing a lot of editing and writing. I want to get a lot done on the second book in the Crystal Cove series, The Ghost in the Ice House. I also need to get my first book in the series, The Ghost on the Stairs, to beta readers.

So, if you’d like to be a beta reader, and get an advanced viewing of Ghost on the Stairs, all you have to do is read it, tell me what mistakes I’ve made, and what I can do to improve it. In exchange, I will set up a link on Book Funnel for you to get a free copy when it’s published.

If you’re interested, simply drop me a line at mathiya.adams@gmail.com to get a Word version of the story.
